Lindsay Clemons
Lindsay Clemons is a familiar face in the local legal circles of Columbus, Mississippi. After serving as an assistant district attorney for 13 years, she transitioned to private practice in 2020 and unexpectedly discovered her passion for real estate law. “I thought real estate would be boring, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I absolutely loved it and quickly realized it was for me,” she says.
But Lindsay doesn’t want to be just another real estate lawyer in Lowndes County. Her aim has always been to provide a more modern, celebratory experience for buyers, sellers, investors, Realtors, lenders and more. After all, buying – or selling -real estate should be a big deal, especially if it’s in Mississippi.
Lindsay proudly serves her community in other ways, too. She’s one of two attorneys who are court-appointed parent representatives for those going through the Lowndes County Youth Court system. (She is out of the office a couple of days a month to fulfill that responsibility.) She is also involved in the Lowndes County Foundation and the Golden Triangle Theatre Company. Plus, she serves on multiple boards for St. Paul’s Episcopal Church and School.
